Me sipërfaqe prej 814 m² dhe me sipërfaqe oborri 1246 m² me lokacion në qendër të qytetit rr.”Sreqko Puzhallka” nr.2 dhe e njejta është një zgjidhje e mirë arkitektonike që ofron kushte për qëndrim të rehatshëm për fëmijët e moshës 2-6 vjeç. Në këtë objekt funksionojnë 4 grupe edukative – reparti kopshti dhe 3 – grupe me qëndrim ditor për grup-moshat shkollore (5, 8 dhe 10 vjeç).
Objekti ka dy hyrje, një të përbashkët për të gjithë grupet dhe tjetri është hyrje ekonomike.
Nga sipërfaqja e ndërtesës janë shfrytëzuar në mënyrë optimale mjediset vijuese: hapësira grupore për lojra, aktivitete dhe pushim ditor, një kabinet për personelin e edukimit dhe kujdestarisë, një sallë për më shumë qëllime, dollapë, dhomë ngrënje, ëc dhe banjo, tarraca për qëdrim të fëmijëve, kuzhinë manuale, bodrum, hapësira për marangozin, ambienti për vendosjen e rezervuarit për EL nxemje nga 5 ton depozitë dhe për nxemjen me gas.
