Objekti “Bilbil” me sipërfaqe prej 736 m² dhe oborri me sipërfaqe prej 1723m² me lokalitet në rr. “Strashko Simonov” nr.4 , paraqet një zhgjidhje funksionale dhe i ka të gjitha kushtet moderne për arsimin parashkollor.
Në këtë objekt fëmijët janë ndarë në 6 grupe edukative (4 kopsht dhe 2 fillestar). Objekti ka katër hyrje ku njëri prej tyre është për fillestarët, i dyti për kopshtin, i treti për hyrje nga oborri i kopshtit dhe i katërti është hyrje ekonomike.
Objekti mbulon hapësirat vijuese të cilat shfrytëzohen plotësisht: hapësirat grupore për lojra, aktivitete dhe pushim ditor, kabinet për stafin edukativo – arsimor , dhomë ngrënje, dollapë, ëc dhe banjë , kuzhinë manuale, bodrum, ambient për vendosjen e rezervuarit për EL nxemje nga 5 ton që ndodhet në oborr të çerdhes.
